	*Michael DiVita* - Legal Technician & Director Of Operations Mr. Divita has 30+ years of experience in legal document preparation, process serving, mediation, judgment collections, and investigations.		*Maritza Oliva* - Administrative Assistant & Spanish Translator Working primarily out of our Banning office, Maritza is the administrative assistant to the director of operations, office manager, and spanish translator.
	*Luis Martinez* - Process Server - 12+ years of experience serving all of Los Angeles County, primarily in the cities of Carson, Compton, Culver City, El Segundo, Hawthorne, Hermosa Beach, Inglewood, Lawndale, Lennox, Long Beach, Manhattan Beach, Palos Verdes, Redondo Beach, San Pedro, Torrance and Wilmington.		*Lory Garcia* - Process Server - 5+ years of experience serving Western Riverside and San Bernardino County.
	*Shawn O'Malley* - Process Server - 3+ years of experience serving the entire Orange County area.		*Sierra Cheswick* - Process Server & Office Associate Working out of our Hemet location, Sierra handles new client intakes, court filing, and process serving.
	*Suraj Patel* - Legal Assistant Working out of our Banning office, Suraj is the legal assistant to the director of operations and handles judgment collections, family law, and process serving. He is also our Webmaster and Graphic Designer.		*Colleen Brown* - Legal Assistant Available by appointment only at our Banning and Hemet offices, Colleen is our legal assistant handling Bankruptcy, Living Trusts, Power of Attorney, Healthcare Directives, Wills, LLc's & Incorporations, Rental Agreements & General Contracts, Deeds and other Real Estate Documents, Adoptions, Guardianships, Name Changes, and Small Probate. She is also our in-house Notary.
