Disclaimer

       This document is to serve as confirmation of the terms and conditions of the business relationship between the client, and SmallClaimsHelp.com (SCH), a non-attorney, independent Legal Technician and any of our individual or business clients (CLIENTS).

       Effective the date that CLIENT engages the services of SCH, SCH will perform the following duties on behalf of CLIENT:

SCH will record all information that CLIENT provides, in order to prepare all documents for CLIENT'S Small Claims case. SCH will make an effort to confirm the true and correct names of all defendants. SCH will prepare all necessary documents from the Small Claims forms packet provided by the Court Clerk.  After CLIENT has proofread and signed all documents, SCH will file said Small Claims documents in the appropriate court having jurisdiction over CLIENT'S case. SCH will do any skip tracing necessary in order to locate the defendant's) for the purpose of receiving service of Process. SCH will serve (or cause to be served) documents with the court. SCH will file proof of Service documents with the court. SCH will not appear in court on CLIENTS behalf, but will provide CLIENT with all of CLIENT'S documents for court and  SCH will explain the court procedures to CLIENT, but CLIENT must fully understand that as a non-attorney.  SCH will NOT appear in court on CLIENTS behalf, but will provide CLIENT with all of CLINT'S documents for curt, and SCH will explain the court procedures to CLIENT, but CLIENT must fully understand that as a non-attorney legal assistance service, SCH cannot and will not give CLIENT legal advice, and that CLIENT is free to consult the attorney of their choosing should the need for legal advice arise

       After CLIENT has won the judgment in court, CLIENT may again retrain SCH to assist CLIENT in the judgment collection process. At that time, CLIENT understands that a new retainer agreement will be necessary, as the judgment collection service is not included in the initial retainer agreement.

       As compensation for the above described duties performed by SmallClaimsHelp.com, CLIENT will pay the amount agreed upon by both parties. This financial compensation will be made to SCH, in advance, and is NON-REFUNDABLE, should the defendant and the CLIENT settle the matter, or if CLIENT decides to cancel the case for ANY reason.

       ADDITIONALLY, lit is understood that SCH is responsible for paying the initial Court Filing Fees from the money paid by CLIENT for each case handled by SCH.

       No other agreement, statement, promise, or warranty is made between SCH and CLIENT (except if done in writing), and CLIENT fully understands that SCH is NOT liable for the outcome of CLIENTS case, or for any decision of the Court.
